Marketing and Loyalty Programs: Driving Customer Engagement

One of the standout features in this release is the enhanced marketing functionality through External Actions. Built on Salesforce’s Invocable Actions, this feature allows businesses to fully customize marketing workflows. Whether you prefer no code or full code, External Actions offer flexibility to build solutions that meet your business needs. This functionality is expected to grow, as the Salesforce AppExchange will soon offer a wide variety of out-of-the-box tools for marketing teams to leverage.

Additionally, loyalty programs have seen significant improvements, making it easier for businesses to deliver personalized customer experiences. Enhanced reporting features give teams the insights needed to fine-tune loyalty initiatives and maximize customer engagement.

External Actions are fully customizable and built on top of Salesforce Invocable Actions, which provides options from no code to full code to build your own actions.
