Job responsibilities:

• Work with software engineers to build Tesla’s internal tools for energy product design, permitting, and installation
• Develop and maintain applications and systems within the team’s scope
• Write clean, well-tested, and performant code
• Create unit and integration tests, collaborate with QA for regression testing
• Monitor system metrics, respond to alerts, and fix production issues
• Analyse existing systems and suggest technical improvements
• Work with product, design, and business teams to plan new features
• Communicate project estimates, dependencies, and blockers to stakeholders
• Oversee feature development from design to release
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and availability of applications
• Document new technologies and application functionalities

Qualification requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of web technologies like HTTP, REST, AJAX, and JSON
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ES6, and DOM manipulation
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with React design principles and patterns
• Experience with front-end tools such as Vite, NPM, and Yarn
